Those who are infected or those who are not infected with the coronavirus should be equally protected from the disease. Those who initially carry the coronavirus lightly carry it very severely the next time they do.
This was stated by the chairman of the medical-scientific committee under the Board of Physicians Akif Gurbanov, Gadin.Net reports.
He said that recovering from a coronavirus does not protect us from a second infection:
"Anti-virus measures should be applied in the same way. It doesn't matter if the person is infected or not. For example, we hear this from the practice of other countries.
There are cases of re-infection among those who have recovered from coronavirus. There are countries where the disease is mild for the first time and more severe for the second time. Or those who have a severe infection the first time may have a milder form the second time.
No one is insured in this matter, so let's not be indifferent to coronavirus protection measures.
