Wedding and mourning ceremonies are prohibited for everyone, regardless of identity.
The statement came from Hikmet Hajiyev, Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan - Head of the Foreign Policy Department of the Presidential Administration, Gadin.Net reports.
According to him, it has been banned nationwide since the first days of quarantine:
"The rule of law in the Republic of Azerbaijan in connection with these bans has been repeatedly proved by the President.
Today, the law is valid for everyone in the country.
Therefore, there is no decision on permission to hold weddings and funerals. The bans remain in force. "
