A Turkish citizen, who committed a murder in the Turkish province of Mugla in August 2017, has been detained in Azerbaijan through Interpol. 55-year-old Cevat Koparir was taken to Turkey. Later, Koparir fled Turkey, bringing the wounded man to the hospital in his car.
