Not only because there were few cartoons at that time. The main factor is their high quality. Most psychologists have repeatedly confirmed this. At that time, animators worked on each of these films for a year or two, and on multi-series, sometimes for ten years or more. Now everything is happening fast, in a hurry, maybe that's why the quality of modern cartoons is not so high.

We can proudly say that one of the most memorable cartoons of the Soviet era was made by our compatriots. We are talking about the famous animated film "Beginning" (1982), shot in 1982.
