For several days now, people using MilliÖN terminals have been sharing this on social networks and want to know the reason for the cancellation of Azercell's services.
Ulviyya Efendiyeva, head of the Public Relations and Customer Service Department of the MilliON network, told Oxu.Az about the issue.
He said that the reason for the non-payment of Azercell mobile operator's services at MilliON terminals is the ongoing negotiations between the parties:
If the leaders reach a mutual agreement during the negotiations, the services will be restored in the MilliON network. I would also like to note that given that MilliON terminals are the most common means of payment in this area in the regions, there are numerous requests from citizens to restore the service. Every appeal is registered.
