As part of the measures taken by the Azerbaijani government to prevent coronavirus (COVID-19) infection, employees and guests entering the office of the Ministry of Finance from August 31 should read smartphones loaded with the "E-Doctor" application near a special device.
According to the ministry, people with "red" or "yellow" status will not be allowed to enter the administrative building of the Ministry.
According to the instructions, a person with a "red" status should be isolated immediately because he is a carrier of the COVID-19 virus, and a person with a "yellow" status should be isolated and tested for the possibility of infection due to his proximity to an active patient with a positive test result.
Employees and guests who are not checked by the device will not be allowed in the office building.
It should be noted that in order to take certain preventive measures to prevent the spread of coronavirus infection, a mobile application "E-Doctor" has been developed and launched.
Through this application, any person is informed in public places whether the people around them are potential carriers of the virus. A person who accidentally comes in contact with a carrier of the infection (for example, in a queue, in a shop, on public transport, in shopping malls, etc.) is notified and invited to a laboratory test.
E-Doctor works on bluetooth technology and communicates with other users of the application nearby.
