The parents of Alizade Niyaz Eldaniz, born in 2005, who studied at the same school, shared this on social media.
The parent claims that the administration of the school where his son studied demanded 1,000 manat to issue a certificate to the student.
As the required money was not given, the student's certificate was marked "2" in eight subjects (Azerbaijani language, Literature, Mathematics, Foreign language, Azerbaijani history, General history, Physical education, Fine arts), including the main subjects.
In response to Oxu.Az's inquiry from the Baku City Education Department, it was stated that the allegations made by the parents of Alizade Niyaz Eldaniz were investigated:
“Azerbaijani language, literature, Russian language, mathematics, Azerbaijani history, general history, physical education, description art) The issue of receiving a grade of "2" (two) was investigated by us.
During the research, the magazine of IX "B" class, where N.Alizade studied in 2019-2020 academic year, was reviewed. It turned out that his grades for the first half of the above subjects were 2 (two), and in connection with the current situation, the Ministry of Education dated 02.05.2020 02-14-441 / 13 and 02.06.2020 1741-01 According to the instruction letters / 06, these grades were written as annual grades, and the grades to be written in the final certificate from the mentioned subjects were "2" (two).
