The exam will be held in 7 cities today

The next exams will be held by the State Examination Center on August 27.

The Ministry of Education and Science will hold the second exam on the Azerbaijani language (as the state language), the entrance exam for the 5th grade of the State Border Service (SBS) Special School, the entrance exam for the paramedic of the Military Medical School of the Azerbaijan Medical University, and the second stage of the student selection competition.
The exams will be held in Baku, Nakhchivan, Ganja, Sheki, Barda, Lankaran and Khachmaz. A total of 4,606 people are expected to take the exam that day. 22 examination buildings, 336 examination halls, 22 general examination supervisors, 56 examination supervisors, 437 supervising teachers, 44 graduation staff, 22 building representatives were allocated for the management of examinations.
Participants must come to the exam with a medical mask and use them properly (covering the nose, mouth and chin). The mask is not allowed to be removed and must be used during the entire process (graduation mode, exam period, leaving the exam building).

The exams start at 11:00. The release mode ends at 10:45. After that, the participants are not allowed in the exam building.

The Azerbaijani language exam lasts 45 minutes, the entrance exam to the SBS school takes 1 hour and 30 minutes, the entrance exam to the paramedic specialty takes 2 hours, and the entrance exam to the "SABAH" groups takes 1 hour and 30 minutes.

Participants must print the admission form on the SEP website. In order to prevent crowds and contact, various times of entry to the examination building were set and indicated in the exam participant's certificate. Therefore, it is recommended to come to the exam building at the time specified in the admission form.

Candidates must bring an identity document and a certificate of admission to the exam, as well as a declaration of health of the examiner. The declaration is printed on the website of the Ministry of Education and Science together with the admission form for the exam.

Participants who do not have a photo on their ID card must submit, along with other documents, a certificate issued by the educational institution and attached photos (a 3x4 cm photo of the participant is attached to the certificate and the photo is stamped).

Due to restrictions on access to cities and districts where the strict quarantine regime is applied, a database of exam participants will be provided to the relevant authorities, and examiners and, if necessary, one person accompanying the examiner will be allowed to go to the examination building and return after the exam. The exam participant has the opportunity to print a certificate for one person who will accompany him / her along with the exam admission sheet.

The certificate must be filled in by the examiner and signed. The certificate is submitted together with the ID card during the inspection and is valid if the exam participant is present (except for waiting near the exam building) and his / her relevant documents (ID card, admission card) are submitted. QR code is used during the inspection if necessary.

An examinee may not be accompanied by more than one person.
