The effectiveness of working from home during the pandemic has been announced

About 75 percent of workers around the world said they maintained or even improved their productivity in the first months of the coronavirus pandemic.
According to RBK, this was revealed by a survey conducted by the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) among 12,000 people.
It is noted that in connection with the pandemic, companies have sent 40 percent of the workforce to work from home.
The level of social productivity is mainly related to social relations, psychological and physical condition, as well as the availability of the necessary tools. Satisfied with these four factors, employees stressed that their work is more efficient.
While three-quarters of employees reported that efficiency was maintained or improved, this figure was lower for collective tasks (both for office workers and those working at home).

Among the main problems of working remotely is the low discipline of employees. However, two-thirds of business leaders said they did not see any problems.

BCG representatives said they expect the future to be a hybrid model, meaning that employees will be able to easily change the format from home to office and vice versa. According to them, many companies are already investing in such innovations. 70% of business leaders plan to consider the possibility of maintaining a new model of business organization.
