The Cabinet of Ministers has amended the "Charter of the" Graduate House "Social Institution for graduates of social service institutions for children and educational institutions deprived of parental care under the State Social Protection Fund under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population of the Republic of Azerbaijan."
According to Gadin.Net, the utility costs of full-time students under the age of 23 studying at vocational schools located in the "Graduate House" Social Institution will be paid by the Institution during their education.
