President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky has signed a decree on awarding a number of people with orders and medals.
Among the winners is Deputy Chairman of the State Customs Committee of Azerbaijan, Major General of the Customs Service Igbal Babayev. By the Decree of the President of Ukraine, I.Babayev was awarded the "Labor and Courage" medal.
It should be noted that I.Babayev studied at the Faculty of Information Technology of the Kiev National University of Construction and Architecture (KIMMU) in 1981-1986. In 1986-1987 he worked as a teacher at the Department of Automation of Production Processes of KIMMU.
In 1987-1991, according to the decision of the State Examination Attestation Commission, he was admitted to graduate school at KIMMU, and at the same time continued his pedagogical activity.
He was awarded the title of "Best Inventor of the Year" in Kiev in 1989 for the application and effectiveness of the results of his scientific work.
