Scientists confirm that there is a possibility of infection with coronavirus from frozen foods. This was confirmed by Denis Bukhantsev, an expert at the Center for Molecular Diagnosis of the Central Research Institute of Epidemiology of Rospotrebnadzor.
According to him, the chances of contracting COVID-19 through frozen food have been little studied. However, the results of a small number of experiments make it clear that such a possibility exists. D.Bukhantsev noted that the results of laboratory tests can differ significantly from what happens in real life.
