A 20-year-old woman in the Iranian city of Karaj gave birth to six babies, three girls and three boys.
The statement came from Iranian state television, Gadin.Net reported quoting the Telegraph.
The babies were born at 29 weeks and their health is normal. Babies born by caesarean section weigh 900-1150 grams.
