According to Asif Verdiyev, director of the Hydrology Center of the National Hydrometeorological Service, the increased rainfall raised the water level by 19 cm in Girag Kasaman settlement of the Kura River, 80 cm in Ganikh and 60 cm in the Gabirri River.
