To the attention of citizens who do not pay the quarantine fine!

In recent days, information has been shared on social networks about the abolition of fines for violators of the rules during the pandemic.
The statement came from Kamran Aliyev, Chief of the Public Relations Department of the Main State Traffic Police Office, Gadin.Net reports quoting Khazarkhabar. He noted that those who do not pay their fines on time can be involved in public affairs by the courts:

"No one should think that the fines imposed on them can be removed after a while."

According to Kamran Aliyev, during the pandemic, there were many drivers, passengers and pedestrians who violated the rules. They were found by police and fined. According to Article 211.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses, the majority of those fined are those who do not use special means of respiratory protection in appropriate places. Kamran Aliyev said that no one can be released from responsibility.

The official also noted that if these people do not pay the fine within 3 months, the courts may decide to involve them in public work for 160 to 240 hours.

Persons fined for violating the rules of the special quarantine regime are advised to pay the fine on time.
