162 new cases of coronavirus infection have been registered in Azerbaijan, 171 people have been treated and released.
The statement came from the operative headquarters under the Cabinet of Ministers. Two people who tested positive for COVID-19 died. During the last day, 5,986 tests were conducted to identify new cases of infection.
The number of active patients is 1727 people.
