The Finnish government has closed its borders to citizens of 10 countries since August 24 due to the coronavirus situation.

It was stated that if more than eight cases of COVID-19 per 100,000 people are registered in the last 14 days, the borders of Finland will be closed for the citizens of that country.
For EU countries, this figure should not exceed 16 per 100,000 people.
According to the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers, from August 24, Iceland, Greece, Malta, Germany, Norway, Denmark, Ireland, San Marino, Japan and Cyprus will restrict the entry of holders of passports to Finland.
