The Kaylon Solar Technologies Factory, established by Kaylon, was inaugurated in an industrial park in the Xinjiang region of Ankara, Turkey.
Attending the opening ceremony of the factory, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan praised the local opportunities, including the role of the factory built by Turkish personnel in the socio-economic life of the country. The head of state noted that the main goal is to ensure the country's energy security.
At the opening ceremony, the head of Kalyon, Jamal Kalyoncu, Minister of Treasury and Finance Berat Albayrak, Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Fatih Donmez spoke about the high technical performance of the new plant. It was noted that the production of solar panels will prevent the pollution of the atmosphere, as well as create conditions for the efficient use of alternative energy sources.
