The Lebanese president has announced three main versions of the Beirut bombing.
According to Gadin.Net, citing Kp.ru, Michel Aoun said that there were no weapons depots in the port of Beirut.
He said he was convinced that the blast in Beirut could not be caused by Hezbollah weapons in the port's warehouses.
"According to our information, Hezbollah did not have weapons in the port, but we will still investigate this version in more detail."
He said three main causes of the tragedy in Beirut were being investigated: an accident, a violation of ammonium nitrate storage conditions and foreign interference.
A powerful explosion near the port of Beirut on August 4 killed 171 people, injured more than 6,000 and damaged hundreds of property.
