The latest statistics on the number of coronavirus infections in Azerbaijan by regions have been published.
The leadership is still in Baku, Qadin.Net reports citing axşam.az. However, in recent days, the share of the capital increased to 56.2 percent.
The second highest infection rate is in the Absheron region with 15.9 percent. Then Aran 10, Ganja-Gazakh 6.6, Lankaran 4.4, Guba-Khachmaz 1.9, Mountainous Shirvan 1.7, Sheki-Zagatala 1.7, Upper Karabakh 1 percent.
The incidence of the virus among foreigners is 0.8%. In the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, the figure is 0.05 percent.
