It was announced that in some schools, where there are many applications for admission to pre-school groups, the admission of students is carried out taking into account the priorities.

It was noted that during the online registration for school preparation groups in a number of schools in Baku, the following children's preferential rights to school enrollment are provided as follows:
- Parents (legal representatives) living in the area designated for the school at the registered address;
- Parents (legal representatives) working at the school;
- Those whose sister or brother studied at that school.
In other cities and districts, except Baku, the preferential rights of children to school are regulated as follows:
- Parents (legal representatives) working at the school;
- Those whose sister or brother studied at that school.
