According to the Baku Main Police Office, special quarantine, necessary rules of social behavior and sanitary-epidemiological requirements have been strengthened by the police and the Internal Troops to ensure the full and comprehensive provision of sanitary and epidemiological requirements.
In order to receive customers in the production, service and catering sectors, to provide services in accordance with sanitary and epidemiological norms and to protect the social distance between people, naryad groups have been instructed in all areas of the capital.
In the catering sector, strict control is exercised over the observance of the requirements of the anti-epidemic regime, sanitary-hygienic and quarantine rules when providing services to customers in the open air.
According to the department, residents of the capital are informed that the use of personal protective equipment (medical masks, cloth masks, respirators, etc.) and non-compliance with the requirements for distance between people are subject to Article 211.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses. violation of which leads to an administrative error under Article 211.1.
Measures will be taken in accordance with the law against business entities and their officials who do not comply with the existing rules and requirements and are allowed to operate.
