The top three countries in the world in terms of the number of coronavirus infections are the United States with 5,612,027 infections, Brazil with 3,363,235 infections and India with 2,701,604 infections.
Of Azerbaijan's border neighbors, Russia is fourth with 927,745 infections, and Iran is 11th with 345,450 infections.
250,542 people were infected with the coronavirus in Turkey, 41,701 in Armenia and 1,341 in Georgia.
So far, 34,343 people in Azerbaijan have been diagnosed with coronavirus. Of those infected, 32,042 were cured and 508 died.
