From today, customers will be allowed to serve outdoors in public catering establishments.
On August 15, the Operational Headquarters under the Cabinet of Ministers decided to change the tightened quarantine regime in Baku, Sumgayit, Ganja, Yevlakh, Masalli, Jalilabad, Mingachevir and Absheron, Barda, Salyan, Khachmaz, Goranboy, Goygol regions. According to the relevant decision, starting from August 18, 2020, it is allowed to serve customers in public catering facilities in the open air.
In public catering facilities in Baku, Sumgayit, Ganja, Yevlakh, Masalli, Jalilabad, Mingachevir and Absheron, Barda, Salyan, Khachmaz, Goranboy, Goygol districts, as well as in restaurants, cafes, tea houses and other places in the open air The service will be held from 09:00 to 22:00 (except for the use of hookah equipment and gathering of more than 6 people at each table).

For the purposes of this Decision, a catering facility is a property complex (restaurant, cafe, canteen, snack bar, buffet, pavilion, tea houses, etc.) used for the purpose of carrying out service activities related to the organization of production, processing, sale and consumption of food products. other objects).

An open-air area of ​​a public catering facility means an area that is completely open to air flow on all three sides (without any structures or other structural obstacles higher than one meter) or a fully open area (under the open sky).

At the entrances and exits of public catering facilities, cash desks must be provided with access to disinfectant solution, as well as the placement of appropriate devices (dispensers) for the use of disinfectant solution and the operation of these devices must be ensured.

According to the decision, the activities of public catering facilities allowed to operate must be organized in accordance with existing rules, sanitary norms and the requirements of methodological guidelines.
