These facilities will be closed immediately - a warning from the Ministry

The Cabinet of Ministers has adopted relevant decisions on special quarantine, necessary rules of social behavior and sanitary-epidemiological requirements in the areas of activity.
The statement came from the Ministry of Economy, Qadin.Net reports.
According to the decisions, the reception of customers in the manufacturing, service and catering sectors, disinfection of service areas, compliance of employees and customers with the relevant behavioral and sanitary norms, protection of population density norms, etc. requirements have been set.
As part of the process of partial easing of the requirements of the strict quarantine regime in the country, it is planned to restore activities in a number of areas, including outdoor customer service in the catering sector.
"The Ministry of Economy informs business entities that the requirements of the anti-epidemic regime, sanitary-hygienic and quarantine rules must be strictly observed during the implementation of entrepreneurial activities. The situation will be closely monitored.

During the control process, special attention will be paid to the following issues:

- whether the activities of business entities belong to the areas of activity prohibited by the relevant decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers;

- whether the subjects of entrepreneurial activity and their officials, whose activities are allowed at certain hours of the day, comply with these requirements;

- control over the provision of medical masks to employees by business entities and their officials at economic facilities, as well as the use of medical masks;

- to provide access to the disinfection solution at the entrances and exits of public catering facilities, cash desks, as well as to place appropriate devices (dispensers) for the use of disinfectant solution and to keep these devices in working condition;

- to control the observance of the distance of 1.5-2 meters between the people in the territory of the economic objects, including in front of the cash desks, to allow the number of persons entering the object in accordance with the dimensions of the object for this purpose;

- in dining halls, rooms of public catering establishments, as well as in open air areas, the distance between the seats should not be less than 1 meter behind the same table (provided that no hookah equipment is used and the number of customers is not more than 6);

- to control the access of customers to the facilities only with masks, the provision of masks at the entrance to persons without masks, as well as the use of masks at all other times, except in cases of sitting at a table in public catering establishments.

Failure to comply with the existing requirements will be assessed as an administrative offense, and in accordance with the requirements of the Code of Administrative Offenses, fines will be imposed on businesses that violate the rules.

Entrepreneurs are informed that non-compliance with the requirements for the use of personal protective equipment (medical masks, cloth masks, respirators, etc.) and the distance between people is in accordance with Article 211.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses, and violation of other requirements is provided in Article 211.1. causes an administrative error with.

In cases where the activities of business entities are prohibited by the relevant decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers, these facilities will be closed immediately. Violations of the rules must be rectified immediately at the request of the supervising structures, otherwise the control groups may demand the closure of the facility.

The Ministry of Economy urges businesses, including catering entrepreneurs, to comply with the requirements of sanitary-hygienic and quarantine regimes, especially the per capita density, to avoid fines and to comply with the rules of the new lifestyle. "It calls for careful and responsible behavior to build," the organization said.
