He said that no specific date has been set for when the educational institutions will start operating:
"Every detail here is discussed by the Institute of Education. There are parents who want to open schools, but also who are worried about opening them. I am a parent and I see that it is difficult for children. Staying at home increases their addiction to computer games. We also know and live. But the COVID-19 virus is also a problem facing the whole world. "
