"With the help of crying, you can relieve tension - negative emotional energy does not enter the person and does not destroy you psychologically," said the psychiatrist.
The expert added that it is impossible to shout at work, because it will aggravate the situation. The voice of protest must be directed to the problem. Vyalba concluded that a psychotherapist can force a patient to scream as part of the treatment process. This can be done by remembering a crime or a sin, but it is important that the screaming and shouting is not directed at a specific person.
