Drivers parked their cars on a straight road, Gadin.Net reports citing publika.az. For this reason, other vehicles moving on a two-lane road either cross into the opposite lane or stop on the road, causing traffic jams.
It should be noted that these drivers are fined in the amount of 20 manat under Article 346.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses, ie for violation of the rules of parking. At the same time, obstructing vehicles are removed from the area by tow truck. Mais Agayev advises drivers to follow the rules, especially not to obstruct the movement of buses.
