"Each vaccine must first pass a three-stage test. As the vaccine has not been tested at the international level, there are no talks with that country today.
According to Gadin.Net, this was stated at a press conference held by the operational headquarters under the Cabinet of Ministers by Yagut Garayeva, head of the Disease Control and Prevention Department of the Medical Territorial Units Management Unit (MEDU).
According to him, although the information is encouraging, it is too early to say anything concrete:
"Once the vaccine has been tested and found to have an effect on boosting immunity, it is possible to think about taking action."
