For those who want to be admitted to colleges that require special skills

Applicants wishing to be admitted to colleges that require special skills on the basis of a nine-year secondary education can print a "pass sheet for the aptitude test."
According to the State Examination Center, the center will hold aptitude tests for applicants registered for admission to specialties requiring special abilities in secondary special education institutions on the basis of general secondary education for the 2020/2021 academic year on August 17-21 and 24.
The exams will be held in the fields of fine arts, music, theater, cinema and choreography. A total of 15 Creativity Assessment Commissions (CCPCs) will be established. The aptitude tests for the eight commissions will be held online for the first time.
The exams will be held in seven buildings in Baku, Nakhchivan, Ganja and Barda.
Applicants can print the "Aptitude Test Admission Form" from the MFA website on August 14-18, 2020.
As aptitude tests begin in the field of fine arts, entrants taking the exam in this area are recommended to print their transcripts by August 16.
Participants must come to the exam with a medical mask and use them properly (covering the nose, mouth and chin). The mask is not allowed to be removed and must be used throughout the entire process (graduation mode, exam period, leaving the exam building).
It should be noted that in order to prevent crowds and contact, different times of entry to the exam building were set for the participants of the exam, and this time was indicated in the certificate of the exam participant. Therefore, it is necessary to come to the exam building at the time indicated in the admission form.
Applicants must bring the following documents to the exam:
- aptitude test pass;
- Health declaration (you print and sign it together with the certificate);
- the original of the identity document:
a) ID cards of citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan (including participants under the age of 16);
b) permits issued by the State Migration Service to foreigners and stateless persons, and refugee cards issued to foreign citizens and their family members who have received refugee status;
- Participants who do not have a photo on their ID card, along with other documents, a certificate issued by the educational institution and affixed with photos (a 3x4cm photo of the participant is attached to the certificate and the photo is stamped).
As the admission form is kept by the entrant and the health declaration is handed over to the examiner, both documents must be printed on a separate sheet.
Applicants who choose commissions 142, 143, 342 (choreography and dance teaching) must submit a medical certificate of weight, height, spine, heart, lungs, eyesight and bring dance clothes to the commission when they come to the aptitude test.
Due to restrictions on access to the cities and districts where the strict quarantine regime is applied, a database of exam participants will be provided to the relevant authorities, and examiners and, if necessary, one person accompanying the examiner will be allowed to go to the examination building and return after the exam.
The exam participant has the opportunity to print a certificate for one person to accompany him / her along with the "Exam Admission Form". The certificate must be filled in by the examinee and signed.
The certificate is submitted together with the ID card during the inspection and is valid if the exam participant is present (except for waiting near the exam building) and his / her relevant documents (ID card, admission card) are submitted.
An examinee may not be accompanied by more than one person.
