The Vietnamese government will receive a vaccine against SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus from Russia.
According to Gadin.Net, Reuters quoted the Vietnamese Ministry of Health as saying.
"At the same time, Vietnam will continue to develop its own vaccine against COVID-19," the ministry said.
Russian President Vladimir Putin has announced the registration of the world's first coronavirus vaccine.
The drug was developed jointly by specialists of the Russian Ministry of Defense and the Gamaleya Research Center and is called Sputnik V.
