The Institute of Education considers it expedient to restore the activities of kindergartens only in the "yellow" zones, taking into account the fact that feeding and sleeping in the same room creates a high risk of infection.
The proposals state that children should be involved in pre-school groups on the basis of a 6-hour weekly plan (2 days a week for 3 hours).
In this case, when the number of students in the classroom is more than 20, the organization of subgroups is recommended.
About 10,000 children in about 400 villages were involved in community-based preschool groups. These groups cover children aged 3-4 and 4-5 and are organized within the general education institution. Given that the number of children in the groups is 10-15, there is a lack of nutrition and children do not sleep, it is proposed to restore the activities of these groups.
