"Because the coronavirus is resistant to cold weather, the disease is likely to increase in the fall."
The statement came from the country's chief infectious disease specialist Jalal Isayev, Gadin.Net reports quoting Lent.az.
According to him, in order to prevent infection, we must strictly follow the habits we have been accustomed to for several months:
"We have instilled habits. It is very important to wear a mask, stay away from crowded places, keep clean and so on. That is, we must be ready for the autumn-winter months from today."
The doctor said that in addition to the listed habits, we should eat normally and give up harmful habits as much as possible.
Isayev stressed that sleep is important for maintaining a strong immune system, as well as protection of the nervous system.
