The international community believed that the number of cases of COVID-19 patients would increase significantly in the fall, October-November. "Now we see a sharp increase in the number of COVID-19 patients in all European countries," said the Ukrainian minister.
According to Stepanov, hospitals have been prepared for the second wave in Ukraine.
