The State Examination Center (SEC) will hold exams in 35 cities and regions on August 13-14.
According to the center, in those days, the entrance exams for graduates of current and previous years in specialty groups II and III, additional foreign language exams and admissions for those who want to participate in the final exam in the competition of higher education institutions for specialty groups I and IV in a foreign language An additional exam (Azerbaijani or Russian) will be held for those who want to take the exam in a language other than the one they took in the final exam.
The exams start at 11:00. 15 minutes before the start of the exams - at 10:45 the graduation mode ends. After that, the participants are not allowed in the exam building.
In order to prevent crowds and contact, different entrance times were set for the exam participants and the time was indicated in the exam participant's certificate. Therefore, it is recommended to come to the exam building at the time indicated in the admission form.

Participants must come to the exam with a medical mask and use them properly (covering the nose, mouth and chin). The mask is not allowed to be removed and must be used throughout the process (graduation mode, exam period, leaving the exam building).

Applicants who will take the exam can print and download the "Exam Admission Form" from the website of the Ministry of Education and Science from August 7.

Due to restrictions on access to cities and districts where the strict quarantine regime is applied, a database of exam participants will be provided to the relevant authorities, and examiners and, if necessary, one person accompanying the examiner will be allowed to go to the examination building and return after the exam.

The exam participant has the opportunity to print a certificate for one person to accompany him / her along with the "Exam Admission Form". The certificate must be filled in by the examinee and signed.

The certificate is submitted together with the ID card during the inspection and is valid in the presence of the exam participant (except for waiting near the exam building) and his / her relevant documents (ID card, admission card). A QR code is used during the inspection if necessary.

An examinee may not be accompanied by more than one person.

The exams will be held on August 13-14 in 35 cities and regions of the country.

It should be noted that a total of 164 exam buildings and 2,877 exam halls have been allocated in the cities and districts where the exams are held. 164 general examiners, 490 examiners, 3754 supervisors-teachers, 328 graduates, 164 building representatives were assigned to manage the exams.

A total of 37,299 entrants, including 19,197 in the exams to be held on August 13 and 18,102 in the exams to be held on August 14, are expected to take part in the exams. Of them, 14,232 people passed the second stage of the entrance exam for the II specialty group, 22,607 people passed the second stage of the entrance exam for the III specialty group, and 460 people took the additional foreign language exam for the I and IV specialty groups.

At present, online training seminars are being held with supervisors, exam supervisors and security officers who will take part in the exams. All examination buildings were inspected, and necessary conditions were created in the examination halls for applicants to take the exam comfortably.

In addition, 2 days before the exam day, the Center conducts a number of preventive measures in the examination halls in accordance with the requirements of the pandemic conditions - disinfection of buildings and rooms, regulation of the number of participants per room in accordance with the principle of social distance, appropriate protective equipment (special clothing, gloves) , medical mask) is provided.

In order to ensure security, the examination centers are re-inspected and the examination halls, entrance and exit doors, buildings are sealed and placed under the protection of the employees of the Main Security Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

As a precautionary measure, the body temperature of the participants entering the examination building will be checked with an electronic thermometer, which can be measured remotely, and the necessary disinfectants will be used. Persons with a body temperature below 37 ° C are allowed to take the exam.

Examiners must present their identity card at the entrance to the examination building, keeping a social distance, the top of which is visible to the employee of the Ministry of Education and Science, and temporarily remove his mask to show his face.
