This saved Beirut from destruction - ANNOUNCED

"After the explosion on August 4 in the Lebanese capital Beirut, the group leaving Turkey continues rescue operations in the port of Beirut."
Commander of the Lebanese Army Operations Chamber Jan Nehra made a statement at a press conference, Qadin.Net reports quoting publika.az.

He said that a rescue team from Turkey was conducting a rescue operation in the port of Beirut in the area closest to the center of the explosion:

"Civil defense groups are also searching for missing people. Wheat warehouses in the southern part of the port have been largely destroyed by the blast. But if there were no warehouses here, the explosion would have been bigger and more terrible in Beirut."

It should be noted that on August 4, a fire broke out in the explosives warehouse No. 12 in the port of Beirut, and then a powerful explosion shook the whole city. The death toll rose to 160 and the number of injured to 6,000
