Additional foreign language exam and entrance exam for entrants applying for specialty groups I and IV on August 14 for those who want to participate in the final exam in the competition of higher or secondary special education institutions in Baku, Ganja or Nakhchivan Additional exams (Azerbaijani or Russian language exams) will be held for those who want to take a language other than the one they gave.
According to the State Examination Center (SEC), entrants can print an "Admission Form" on the SEC's website.
Participants must bring an identity document and an "Admission Form" to the exam and bring a "Declaration on the health of the exam participant" with them.
The "Declaration on the health of the exam participant" is published on the website of the SEP together with the "Exam Admission Form" and signed by the applicant.
It should be noted that on August 13 or 14 (Schedule) for those who passed the entrance exams for specialty groups II - III, the "Exam Admission Form" has been posted on the website of the Ministry of Education and Science since August 7.
Applicants for the I and IV specialty groups will be informed about the dates of the block exams next week.
Due to restrictions on access to cities and districts where the strict quarantine regime is applied, a database of exam participants will be provided to the relevant authorities, and examiners and, if necessary, one person accompanying the examiner will be allowed to go to the examination building and return after the exam. The exam participant has the opportunity to print a certificate for one person to accompany him / her along with the "Exam Admission Form".
The certificate must be filled in by the examiner and signed. The certificate is submitted together with the ID card during the inspection and is valid in the presence of the exam participant (except for waiting near the exam building) and his / her relevant documents (ID card, admission card). QR code is used during the inspection if necessary.
The Ministry of Education reminded that one exam participant cannot be accompanied by more than one person.
