The statement came from Tahir Mirkishili, chairman of the Parliamentary Committee on Economic Policy, Industry and Entrepreneurship.
Mirkishili also commented on the proposals of MPs Erkin Gadirli and Bakhtiyar Aliyev to reduce tuition fees.
He noted that the Cabinet of Ministers has decided to reduce tuition fees.
"According to our estimates, 15,200 people benefit from this support. 40 million manat has been allocated for this purpose.
The MP said that the benefits apply only to people with low living standards and financial status.
