A street named after the martyred Major General Polad Hashimov has been identified in Gabala.
According to Qafqazinfo, the second largest street in the city is named after Polad Hashimov. The Alley of Martyrs is also located on this street. Address boards have already been put up on the street.
It should be noted that the previous name of the street was Hazi Aslanov. It should be noted that President Ilham Aliyev instructed to name one of the streets in Gabala after him and other relevant measures to perpetuate the memory of Polad Hashimov. Major General Polad Hashimov, born in the village of Vendam in Gabala, was killed as a result of provocation committed by Armenia on the night of July 13-14.
