According to Gadin.Net, this was stated by MP Aydin Mirzazade at a meeting of the Milli Majlis while addressing the Minister of Labor and Social Protection Sahil Babayev.
He noted that some people do not meet the requirements to receive 190 manat.
"There are those who have to get 190 manats, but they can't. It is possible that the number of people who will receive 190 manat will increase after the clarification, "Mirzazadeh added.
