"It would be great if every citizen who recovered from the coronavirus applied to the National Center for Hematology and Transfusiology."
The statement came from Yagut Garayeva, head of the Department of Disease Prevention and Control at the Cabinet of Ministers' briefing.
He said it would be good to identify those who have recovered and those who want to become voluntary donors:
"These plasmas are very much needed in the recovery of patients."
