The crew of "Mission Impossible 7", starring Tom Cruise, wants to blow up a bridge built 111 years ago in the Polish village of Pilzowice for screen work.
Although the authorities have already agreed to this, local residents are opposed to the decision, Akhsham.az reports.
According to Polish Deputy Culture Minister Pawel Lewandowski, the bridge has been decommissioned and has no historical value. According to him, the use of the bridge in the filming can attract the attention of the world community to the country.
The shooting of "Challenge 7" in Poland will begin in April. The premiere of the screenplay is scheduled for November 18, 2021.
