The statement came from Hikmet Hajiyev, Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan and Head of the Foreign Policy Department of the Presidential Administration, at a press conference held by the operational headquarters under the Cabinet of Ministers, Gadin.Net reported.
According to him, the main goal here is to prevent people from gathering together indoors.
