The statement came from Hikmet Hajiyev, Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan and Head of the Foreign Policy Department of the Presidential Administration, at a press conference held by the operational headquarters under the Cabinet of Ministers, Gadin.Net reported.
He said that the capacity of laboratories is not enough:
"Citizens going abroad pay for the test. Citizens traveling to and from the region need to be tested. Therefore, this issue is being considered in a comprehensive manner at the operational headquarters.
