List of restrictions in force until August 31 - OFFICIAL

Restrictions in force within the special quarantine regime applied in the country until 00:00 on August 31, 2020 have been announced. According to the decision of the operational headquarters under the Cabinet of Ministers, the following restrictions are in force.
• Suspension of access to the territory of the country by land and air transport; (excluding private and charter flights)
• entry and exit to cities and regions where a strict special quarantine regime is applied, except for the movement of special purpose vehicles, including ambulances, emergency response, rescue and cargo vehicles, and passenger transportation by land and air from other cities and regions of the country suspension; (Except Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic)
• Suspension of group and individual reception of citizens on the spot in other state bodies, except for ASAN Service and “DOST” service centers;
• Suspension of large shopping centers and children's and other entertainment centers, cinemas, public catering facilities under the "Mall";
• suspension of entertainment venues, including children's entertainment venues (including boulevards and parks);
• suspension of sports, health and rehabilitation services (except for medical services in this area);
• suspension of cultural facilities, as well as cinemas, theaters, gyms;
• Prohibition of religious ritual services, except for funerals, as well as the organization and holding of mourning ceremonies in ceremonial halls, tents and other enclosed spaces;
• Prohibition of wedding parties;
• activities of the teaching and learning process in all educational institutions (except for the reception of citizens' appeals related to examinations, competitions, interviews and the issuance of various certificates and documents);
• Prohibition of groups of more than 5 people in public places, including streets, boulevards, parks and other places;
• suspension of all public events, including cultural and sports events;
• Prohibition of the use of hookah equipment in public catering establishments; • Prohibition of visits by relatives of patients in medical institutions;
• massage and bath services.
