Singer Sezen Aksu has put his villa up for sale.
According to Qadin.Net, the singer valued his house in Izmir's Manal Koyu district at 6.5 million lira (1.1 million manat).
Neighbors complained that the pool in Aksu's villa was flooded. Although the municipality closed the pool's drain last year, the artist had installed hidden pipes. Tired of the problems, Sezen plans to sell the house and buy another one.
Aksu sold his house for 5.4 million last year. After a while, he changed his mind.
