The process of drafting the state budget is expected to be postponed.
This is stated in the draft amendments to the law "On the state budget of the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2020," Gadin.Net reports quoting oxu.az.
According to Article 11.1 of the Law on Budget System, the process of drafting the state budget begins 11 months before the next budget year and covers the period up to the date of submission of the draft budget to the Milli Majlis.
The draft states that the application of the budget rule provided for in Article 11.1 of the Law "On Budget System" will be suspended until January 1, 2022.
