Vladimir Putin congratulated Russian Muslims on Eid al-Adha.

The congratulatory message of the Russian President reads:
This religious holiday, which is significant for every Muslim, is a symbol of high spiritual piety, justice and mercy, and love for one's relatives, which form the basis of the Holy Qur'an. I would like to note that by supporting the centuries-old Islamic traditions, Muslims play an important role in preserving the cultural diversity of our country, contributing to the strengthening of interethnic harmony in society.
The Russian leader wished Muslims good health, happiness, energy and strength to do good deeds.
