The WHO representative shared his doubts about collective immunity

Michael Ryan, executive director of the World Health Organization's (WHO) emergency program, shared his doubts about collective immunity to the coronavirus.
According to Gadin.Net, this was reported by TASS.
According to him, at present, the organization does not know how many people on Earth need to be infected with COVID-19 for collective immunity.
Ryan said most scientists think the ratio is 60 to 80 percent, while others believe it could be less.
The WHO spokesman said that the coronavirus will "burn" humanity for a long time until the emergence of collective immunity.
According to Raya, the idea that the goal can be achieved by achieving collective immunity is inversely proportional to the control of the disease: “What would we see then? "Hospitals are full, a lot of people have died," he added.
