A resident of Ternopil, who has been diagnosed with coronavirus twice in Ukraine, has been infected for the third time.
This was reported by TASS with reference to the head of the Ternopil regional health department Vladimir Bogaychuk.
He said that even coronavirus infection does not prevent re-infection.
According to Bogaychuk, the situation with COVID-19 in the region has deteriorated.
The doctor attributed these statistics to non-compliance with quarantine measures.
During the pandemic in Ukraine, 68,794 cases of coronavirus infection were registered, 37,394 people were cured and 1,673 patients died.
